Baan OuiTip A place only 8 km. from Chiangmai downtown. A village on Chotana road that full of Northern Thai traditional festivals several time a year. A traditional fresh market is 30 meters away from our building that has a full range of delicious Northern Thai foods, vegetables and seasonal fruits from Hilltribe people. During yearly traditional events, you cal see parades with people dressed in colorful Chaiangmai custumes passing infront of our building to the 500 yrs old village temple called Wat Pranorn Khonmoung. Many rare traditional festival and events are still exist, Songkran festival, Firework festival, Pine torch festival, Divide Rice making, Village Angle Shaman Dances by many sharmans on Sonkran festival, Village angle Teacher Respect Ceremony, etc.
